24 Hours Claims Line
Things you must do in the event of an accident.
- Stop as soon as it is safe to do so
- Don’t panic and try to remain calm
- Check that any passengers are ok
- Call the emergency services if required
- Exit the vehicle if it is safe to do so
- Take photos of the accident, location and of any damage
- Make a note of the vehicle registration or take a photo!
- Obtain information from the other driver and from any witnesses (Telephone number, name, insurance details, address)
- Report the incident to our dedicated claims team as soon as possible
Remember: All incidents must be reported, regardless of fault, even if you do not intend to make a claim.
