Only took a pdi policy out so far and my advisor, Josh was simply brilliant. Very knowledgeable and I like to know and plan for most eventualities so had more questions than some but he took the time to find out what he didn't know. Also knew what competitors were up to and the best option were for my needs. Hopefully never have to use them but relatively confident they'll be good to deal with if I needed them.
