After one month of dealing with several employees (manager included) to try to rectify a problem with my no claim bonus certificate I came across to LISA CORK.

What can I say…. Both Ryan who initially quoted me, and Zack, who took my call when I decided to go ahead with the insurance, were both incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. They both too the time to answer my queries, and made sure I understood everything we talked about, when setting up the insurance.
Nobody LIKES sorting out insurance over the phone, but these two gents, made it as pleasant an experience as it could be, and at no point tried to push the hard sell with any extras or add ons.
10/10 for both of them, and I’ll make sure that next year, I speak to them again. People buy from people, and Ryan and Zack have ensured I’ll be buying from them again next year.
