Legal Cover

If you have been involved in a car accident that was not your fault and you suffer losses you cannot recover, you will be provided with a solicitor who will act on your behalf. You will also be covered up to £100,000 of legal costs to recover these losses from the person responsible for the accident, including:

Recovering your excess.
Recovery of medical expenses.
Recovery of expenses and other losses you have suffered e.g. increased travel costs, loss of earnings etc.
Recovering the cost of repairs if you do not have Comprehensive cover.
