As an insurance brokerage arranging and administering insurance policies, we process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

However, to ensure your request is handled securely, accurately, and within statutory timeframes, we strongly recommend that requests are submitted using the following form.
Where requests are received via other channels, we will normally require you to complete this form or provide equivalent information before we can progress your request.

To enable us to process your request, please:
Complete all required fields accurately to assist us in locating relevant records across our systems and insurer partners
Provide sufficient detail to identify the relevant data (such as policy numbers, vehicle details, references, dates, or correspondence)
Provide acceptable proof of identity to verify your identity and protect your personal data from unauthorised access
We may pause the handling of your request until this information has been provided.
To ensure your request is proportionate and can be responded to efficiently and accurately you are required to clearly define the scope of your request. We may ask you to clarify or narrow its scope before proceeding. We are not obliged to act on requests until they are sufficiently clear to allow us to locate the relevant information.
Requests that are repetitive or overlap with previous requests may be treated as manifestly unfounded or excessive. In such cases, we reserve the right, as permitted under UK GDPR, to:
Refuse to act on the request, or
Charge a reasonable administrative fee
Timeframes and process
The one-month statutory response period will begin once we have received a valid request
A valid request is one where sufficient information and identity verification have been provided
We may contact you to request further information or clarification
The response period may be extended where permitted by law, including where requests are complex or multiple
Where we refuse or limit a request, we will explain our reasoning and inform you of your rights

If you are dissatisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
